he pathology large language model (LLM) is used to deeply mine and analyze private pathology data, and the rich information in the field of pathology is integrated by constructing refined pathology knowledge graph. Through the introduction of graph relationship analysis and GraphRAG methods, multi-dimensional analysis and reasoning of complex pathological data are realized, thus significantly improving the accuracy, professionalism and practicability of data query. This method can not only provide more accurate diagnostic AIDS, but also support knowledge discovery by medical researchers in large-scale data sets, and promote innovation and progress in pathology research.
